Reviews and Ratings
The hotel pleasantly surprised me with its cleanliness and brightness in the rooms, although the stained carpets and dusty cups were a minor letdown. The service, despite not meeting my high expectations in English proficiency, was efficient and welcoming. The location, though not very central, offered convenience with easy access to two MRT stations. Dining options were satisfactory, with a good variety of Asian and Western dishes, but vegetarians might find the choices limited. Overall, a mixed experience with some highs and lows but ultimately good value for money.
The hotel is definitely a mixed bag. While the rooms are great and the service and food as well, I found the price not justified, as the room was very very small with old facilities. I believe a lower price point around RMB300-400 would be more suitable for what's offered.
Staying at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, providing a cozy atmosphere resembling my daughter's apartment. However, there was a minor inconvenience with a leaking faucet in the room. The service was exceptional, with staff being helpful, professional, and very courteous, making the stay effortless even for difficult customers. The location, while not very central, was excellent as it only required a short 5-minute walk to reach the Zhongshan Elementary School MRT station. The dining options, although not complimentary, were satisfactory, though a bit pricey for the quality offered. The facilities provided added to the convenience of the stay, making it a good value for money.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, with televisions in both the living room and bedroom. Although they were on the smaller side and had a classic design, they provided a cozy atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with polite and helpful staff eager to assist. The location was convenient, easily accessible by public transportation and close to various amenities. However, the dining experience fell short with limited options for vegetarians. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money.
The hotel may not have the biggest rooms, but they are quiet and comfortable with a new design. The service is exceptional, especially the concierge who is very professional. The location is practical, although a bit distant from some tourist attractions. The dining experience is good with a wide selection of food. Overall, a great value for money option in an older district of Taipei.
The hotel's location is convenient to the MRT, but not much is within walking distance. The rooms, although elegantly designed, feel very small for the price paid. The service provided was exceptionally friendly and met expectations. The dining experience was varied but lacked some freshness in the offerings.
